The Verde Valley Fair, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization developed and operated for the betterment of the community and it's residents. The annual fair is the primary fundraiser generating the needed funds to continue the mission as directed by the Board of Directors. Support by local businesses, families and individuals, in the way of sponsorship, insures the continuation of youth and community projects.
